Wild Insights India – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Wild Insights India. By booking a tour or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the start of the tour. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or other modes as specified.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email/WhatsApp).

Cancellation charges:

46-90 days or more before the trip: 30% of total amount, 30-45 days before the trip: 50% of total amount, 16-29 days before the trip: 75% of total amount, Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund. No refund for unutilized services or early departures.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Wild Insights India reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Any major changes will be communicated in advance and alternatives will be offered when possible.

4. Travel Documents

Guests must carry valid government-issued ID (passport, Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence etc.) and any permits required for safaris or protected areas. It is the responsibility of the guest to obtain and verify all travel documents.

5. Wildlife Sightings

While we aim to provide the best chances for wildlife sightings, sightings are subject to natural behavior and cannot be guaranteed. Our motto “Conservation Through Tourism” reflects our ethical approach to wildlife viewing.

6. Health and Safety

Guests must disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance. Participation is at the guest’s own risk. Wild Insights India is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the tour.

7. Responsibility and Liability

We act only as agents for hotels, transport, and safari services and are not liable for delays, losses, damages, or injuries caused by third-party providers. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Code of Conduct

Respect for nature, local communities, and fellow travelers is expected at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Wild Insights India is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

10. Disputes and Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jabalpur M.P.India.
